CAT-D Series Power Take-Off
Description
The CAT-D Series Rear Mount Power Take-Off (PTO) was available for the entire line of Caterpillar® CX Series transmissions. It is the best way to eliminate frame clearance issues commonly faced with the use of a side-mounted PTO. Chelsea's easy-to-install, direct drive “CAT” Series PTO ran at 125% of engine speed and up to 800 Lbs-ft of torque. Multiple output options were available for direct or remote mounted applications. With advancements such as using O-Ring seals on joints and the Wet Spline output option, the CAT-D Series PTO outperformed the competition. This PTO is no longer available.
