Every cementer we build starts with the configuration that fits how you actually work the location, then gets matched to the power train, pump, and hydraulics you want running it.
We run Detroit 60 Series deck engines coupled to Allison automatic transmissions on the triplex pump and PTO-driven hydraulics, and a Perkins 1106 matched to a Funk gearbox on the centrifugal pump and mixing system. If you would rather run something else, tell us what and we will build around it.
Already have a platform you want to keep? We can tear down an existing unit and build the new system on your old chassis instead of starting from zero. See Equipment Refurbishment for that option.

New Build FAQ
A single has one complete mixing and pumping system on the platform. A double has two, built for higher throughput or so you have a second system if one needs attention on location.
Yes. We build with Detroit, Perkins, American Block, Parker, and Chelsea by default, but we can build around whatever components you want to run, including brands we do not carry ourselves.
Yes. We can tear down an existing unit and build a new system on your old chassis instead of starting from a new platform. Visit our Equipment Refurbishment page for that option.
No. We have connections across the oilfield, so even if it is not a brand we list here, we can usually still get your build made the way you want it.
