238 Series Power Take-Off
Description
The 238 Series was designed to mount directly to the 8-Bolt openings just as you have done for years with the 489 Series. Using the same popular design as our 236 Series, the 238 Series became the standard for applications requiring an Air-Shifted 8-Bolt Powershift PTO. The 238 Series featured 4 internal speed ratios, 5 shift options, 12 output options and twenty three input gear options. One of the more popular features available for the 238 Series was the internal self adjusting shaft brake. This prevented shaft rotation on devices such as water or transfer pumps when the PTO is disengaged. This PTO is no longer available.
